[APOLOGY] About temporary suspension of our warehouse operations

    • [UPDATE] Shipping work resumed from yesterday. However, it's expected that it will take around 2 weeks to catch up. Because both shipment and goods receipt are delayed.

    • On June 2, a large-scale shelves collapsed at our Los Angeles warehouse. Fortunately there are no injured people.
    • We are currently in the process of recovery, but it will take over a week for us to purchase and setup shelves, stock shelves, and resume shipping.
    • We apologize for any inconvenience, but thank you for your understanding.
